Small Size
I know the rules for Denizens with a Size >4. How about those with Size <4?

Nevermind, in rereading the core book, i think I saw my answer. Any Denizen of Sizes 2-4 occupy one Hex. The ones I had in mind were Size 1 so I'll be putting two in a given Hex!
