So, I am about to start running the Cornerstone of the World Saga. I have two questions and was wondering if anyone could shed some light for me.
The first is regarding Vignette 6. As I understand it, Vignettes are actual in-game encounters - combat or otherwise - that the characters have to deal with. However, Vignette 6 literally only describes mechanics of the Snake Sigil and the behavior of the infected and their parasites. Am I missing something?
The second question is regarding the term "cannibals." In Vignette 7 it talks about cannibals as if they were some sort of specific Denizen. Should they be Gargangjolp Denizens or something else?

Re: Cornerstone of the World Saga Question
(1) Vignette 6 is all about some "random" encounters with cannibals. Their behaviour is described in this section, but you are encouraged to create your own Gargangjolp.
(2) Vignette 7 yes use the Gargangjolp. This adventure was run years before we created the official Gargangjolp for Denizens of the North, back then they were just called cannibals. Thanks for bringing it up, I should probably update that in the next printing (adding to errata).

Excellent, Andrew!
I think I'm going to do something really twisted here. What do you think about a Gargangjolp Swarm made up of those nasty snakes animating mounds of body parts - legs, heads, and arms - that belonged to the deceased cannibalizing miner slaves?

That sounds like something you'd encounter in War of Shadow. Here's an image from our artist
