Viking graphic novel

Post by andrew »

Kevin and I are trying our hand at a FOTN graphic novel. If you'd like to see it come to fruition, your patronage will be much appreciated. :)

Thanks Erik, it really means a lot to Kev and I. We hope to do another character drop Thursday. They should alao be good denizen sheets for Ragnarok campaigns.

First off, Erik and Chris, you guys are super-stars! Thanks so much for sticking with this project through the artist turbulence. Vincent and I have put out 4-pages and we're questioning how many peeps want to see this graphic novel one day. Any other takers on this forum? Vincent has a pile of projects and I am swamped with Vanagard KS, Bestiary, War of Shadow, Vigridr and Heimskringla. I'd love to see this graphic novel though to print, but we're wondering if the "squeeze is worth the juice" right now. The script is 75% done and we're just starting to scratch the surface with the art, and quite a few story boards are done for part 1 and 2, but we need to know how many people want to hold this in their hands one day. So to everyone else on the forums, does the pic below seduce you into wanting to know how Vargeisa's tale ends up? ;)

Looks nice. You know I'm interested, but I also understand having an overloaded plate.

Thanks for backing Dave! I know every extra backer will reassure Vincent about demand. His network hasn't been fruitful because France doesn't have concepts like Patreon and our comic is in English. I will go the extra step to translate each page so we can get his fans onboard. I will continue as I am able with the comic, but at 4 backers its clear that the Patreon will need other types of content as well. Any suggestions of what you'd like to see? I will probably add my designer diary there and share progress about all of the projects on my desk.
