I am new to the game and trying to wrap my head around some of the rules, looking at the demo druid i have noticed that Bestow Illumination
During the Upkeep phase, you and adjacent allies Heal +3, but when i look at the Bestow Illumination description in the core book (page 269) the power description state " During Upkeep, adjacent allies Heal a number of points equal to the number of Enchantment Passive powers they know"

power doesn't say you heal in the description on say adjacent allies, am i reading it wrong or was the skill changed in the demo char?

Similar problem with Geyser of living water under demo char its {Verwandlung Alka Spell} but in the book (DoTN, page 293) its only described as {Alka}.
I couldn't find any errata on this so i would love to get some help.

last but not least, Alka's, can someone be effected by the same type of Alka from the same caster several times on the same round? for example if i cast Geyser of living water and then walk over all 4 of them, am i healed for 4x6 and recovered 4x4?

Re: demo characters - I'm not familiar with the particular ones you are looking at, but I would not be surprised if it was simplified for the demo. Fafnir's treasure (a QuickStart for FOTN) has similar characters with short cuts taken for the purposes of demoing quickly. In both of these cases listed, it allows for removal of a modifier (enchantment passive and the Verwandlung part of the alka) and simplifies.

Re: alkas. Yep, that's totally legit. Pick up the alka token when they go over it. I have regularly had my group galdr toss out Beckon Yggdrasil and have folks run over all four tokens for a nice high damage aura.

Raleel is correct. We simplify and cut corners for aome powers in order to optimize the learning curve for somone at a convention. We run demos with a stop watch and see where we can prune time for someone completely new to both the Viking myths and the Runic Game System. But you do have a point, we should errata a diaclaimer at the start of that appendix.
