Gors wood and stutter
Is the stutter meta gained by gorse wood from sacred wood binding supposed to replace the spiritual meta that is already on the alka?

In ADDITION to.
You can have more than 1 power or meta bound to a rune symbol/colour. When you play the rune, you choose which you trigger.
When something overrides something else, I usually try to have the discipline to use the "replaces" key word.
