i have the tar file with all the bits needed to make it go, but you can download everything but the colored rune images and the CSS for them at http://crobi.github.io/rpg-cards/
I'm by no means a CSS pro. In fact, I'm fairly certain this is the first time I've done any work in it (why in my day, we didn't need CSS! we had the blink tag, and we liked it!). However, if you are an ambitious person and play FOTN, it certainly can make a workable deck. I'm more than happy to pass along my work to others on this front.
I think the only real problem with cards that I've found is that a few of the powers are very long. Dark Juxtaposition used to be my benchmark, but now it's Clone Manoeuvre

The icon in the upper right is from the distribution. I chose ones that I felt made sense for the power type, and thus eliminating the need for the power type wording.
I like black for the coloration. It looks good with the red/blue/green.
It provides the ability to download and upload a deck, which ends up being a json file. This means you can save it and re-upload to edit it later. Not bad for an individual player who may only need to do his first few powers, then a new one once a session or whenever they get some essence.
edit: my tar file here
edit2: the json file to make the sample cards
instructions -
- Download the tar file (it's a tar.gz)
extract that out into a directory
there will be a directory called crobi-rpg-cards-9395b2a - that's the original top level of the file from github
go to "generator"
open "generator.html" - that should open a web browser. it works in a web browser, no need to have any other software
edit3: updated the void runes for the wiki set. simple rectangles.
edit4: larger thumbnails
