DriveThruRPG is the pilot project, to gauge interest and configurations (by book, by archetype, all in one). At a minimum we will be doing a short POD run with a nice box suitable for retail. Best case scenario we do a large run via offset printing.

Want 'em all! Any idea of time frame for the boxed set? I am in for sure.

I just got my set from DriveThru, and I hate to admit it, but I am pretty disappointed in them. The font is so tiny that I have to hold the card right in front of my face to read it, and any of my players without perfect eyesight have trouble reading it at all without some sort of magnification. They look good, and they have all the information, but that font size is almost unusable for us. A minor quibble is that the front and back of the cards do not have the same orientation either, but I guess that is ok for flipping them on the long edge like a flash card or something.

I ended up cancelling my order for set 2 because of this, which makes me sad, because it is the first Pendelhaven product I have not been happy with.

When we get a moment, we'll do a second printing. The rationale was that we'll keep the font the same size on all cards, and the font required for the largest body of text will dictate what size we use. After a lot of feedback, we'll make the font size dynamic, and it's on our list for the 2nd printing. Thanks!

Hi Andrew,

I've seen this here and there on the thread so apologies if it has already been answered. Any plans to offer a purchase link for a digital copy of the power cards? I'm getting ready to run a game in Tabletop Simulator due to COVID-19 quarantine and all. I think it'd make it easier for some of my players if they could have access to some quick power cards in the TTS' player hands. It would save me alot of time importing existing cards as opposed to me making a bunch of notecards in there.

Thanks for the assist if able.

I will try to find sometime in August, pls ping me with a reminder. We're heads down on some Kickstarter deliveries right now (including late pledge manager for those still waiting).

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for the follow-up. I know I'm one of the people hoping to get in on at least one of your Kickstarters late so I understand that :) As for the power cards, I did it manually and made my own for all three books as I managed to find a software that did it, but they look no where near as good as the ones you've had made.

Power cards Revisited for RGS 3.0

Post by Orcadius »

It seems to me that a relatively small deck of Poker-sized cards for playmats, playmat extensions and condition cards might be a handy thing to have. With one deck per player and a few for the Norn, this would be a compact play aid.

Are there any plans to produce such a product?

Still on my to-do list. I'm still trying to get that PledgeManager Kickstarter survey out the door for the Children of Eriu.
