Opinions on stalo stances please?

Of the 4 stalo stances, blood brotherhood(bonus to healing received) cascading wind (bonus to movement) spring of inspiration(bonus to parry) and violent avalanche (bonus to DF and reach/range) which do you find most useful?

Yeah to me build of the Stalo is perhaps the one most affected out of any Archetype's by the party composition.

Well my stalo has yet to draw a single mental rune lol. But for passives he has the four insistence’s, combat awareness, war planner, and martial prowess. Actives are aggressive assault, disarming parry, lunging attack, precision attack, roll into position, and strike weapon. Also he is a keeper
