Denizens of the North Errata

This is the official errata list for the Denizens of the North book. This includes typos, omissions and numerical discrepencies.

Page: 92 - "Alvit" should be named "Hervor" (Alvit is her monicker meaning "the Strange")
Page: 226 - Titanic Size instead of Might
Page: 257 - This is the revised Cross-Archetypes corners for each power/skill board.
Page: 283 - multiple Deflect metas increase the multiplier by +2 "(ie. x3, x5, x7, etc...)"
Page: 284 - Eldritch scales by +2x not +3x
Page: 292 - metas for Flare should be [Amplify Amplify Amplify]
Page: 297 - One with the Land - The Heal effect should be during the Cleanup phase (not the Upkeep phase).
Page: 337 - Inner Sanctum example should state 6 rather than 7 for the invisibility rating.
Page: 349 - Kravi (QR 12, 48 damage)
Page: 361 - Text from Wild Shape should be included in the Shapechange and Transform expanded explanation. Perform a Minor Sac +1 when gating or transforming into a creature with Base Level > 0 (made into a global rule rather than buried in a power)
Page: 363 - the name of the extra wyrd table is "Table 27: STRGS Power Effects Conversions Table" just like the table above it. Should read "Bonus Wyrd Costs"
Page: 419 - Parry should be 0

Typos

p55 11-15 edition - Wayland stays in the Forrest, not Egil
p337 - background section. The second instance of Hravenkell is misspelled "Hvavenkell". Also I learned as spelled Hrafnkell, but I suppose that is a minor translation/linguistic difference and not truly a typo

Serpent sigil - my guess is that you didn't intend it to be easy to remove using cleansing block, cleansing attack, or cleansing sprint. None of those are {Spell}s, and thus would not occur the horrific penalty. Curse me, silly, world serpent, I'll run run run that curse right out of my hair!

p80 first paragraph. Last instance of Varangian is misspelled Varandian.

11-19 version. Conceal meta is in the index and mentioned in the {snare} section, but not applied to any traps and has no definition.

Burrow- the effect makes it sound like if you were to walk through a mine, you could only go half speed. I suggest adding some of the description to the effecr.

Let's aim for a tiny or non-existent errata list for the new book! Also all you proof readers, send me your real full names if you want to be added to the book credits.

FYI: The table of contents in the manuscript can be completely ignored. It is generated by OpenOffice and falls out of synch with the text if it's not manually updated. It also serves no purpose when it comes to the final layout because all of the art will offset all of the content to different pages.

the squirrel.

p95 Noahdher Leaf - power 2.) Magic Rivers
Does "[Counter: SS]" mean that 2 Spiritual runes need to be played as
a counter or is it a typo ? [Counter: S]

p98 Pincecones of Ardour
Are those QR 14 or 20 ? If a differentiation between single-use ones
and multi-use-ones are meant, shouldn't it state "Consumable (-6 QR)"
?
The stats stay the same, so a consumable just needs 14 "building
points" instead of 20.
(Perhaps I'm overthinking this, sorry)

p100 Singing beard ... - 1st paragraph of description
"...It is unclear whether he ruled (a) people or simply a kingdom of
one" (unsure, could be an idiom)

p105&p106 various Wayland's Swords
The description of the 3 set swords mention "Almance, Curtana and
Dur_e_ndal" belonging to the set.
The sword on p106 is named "Dur_a_ndal" though.
