Theoretically, a way to abuse the hell out of the system:

1. Have two players who want to play a Seithkona.

2. Have both of them make a Mesmer Seithkona, picking the exact same active and passive powers and runes. Amongst these, there should be tons that dish out Possession.

3. At the beginning of combat, both Seithkonas deal Possession to one another, ideally so that they both give one another Possession 4. Due to the Puppet Master passive power, each Seithkona can assist the other in doing that.

4. Once both are at Possession 4 and therefore controlling each other, both gain all the benefits of being a Seithkona at full Possession level (i.e. 4 free metas). Each player is controlling the other's character (minus the Void rune, but the other player can use that rune to full benefit), and both characters' Seith magic rocks.

This is indeed a frightening pairing. I thought up something similar (i.e. possess your own seith aberration/black skeleton) a little while back but didn't end up doing it myself. I'd mentioned the idea to our Norn, and well we had a very tough fight not too much after that... our maiden of ratatosk made a sandwich. The horror!

I digress.

A careful rereading of the Puppet Master passive (page 282 for those who need it) will show why this combo doesn't work (sadly): the passive specifies in a couple of places that it only works against your foes.

I think the best way to turn your twin Seithkona into a legitimate foe is to get to maximum Rage, but that brings with it a whole set of other problems...

Then what if the twins, really, really dislike one another? ;)
