I'm a stalk and have a bow. I'm totally a noob also. First off what is "flow" I have two insistence skills and they mention "flow". Also do my abilities like aggressive assault, and disarm work with my bow? I know it kinda sounds like no but it says I target their weapon, could I should their weapon out of their hand, and with the lunge could I lunge forward or back and fire my bow?

Flow is described on p286 of Denizens of the north. It is, in essence, a representation of you moving through your style of combat. When you get four flow (via the insistence passive, say) you immediately remove it and wyrd an additional rune.

Yes, you can use aggressive assault and disarm with your bow. Unless it specifically says melee attack, or is not a weapon power at all, you can use the bow. There are consequences (like firing in melee), but it all should work out fine.
