So, this is my first attempt at a new Denizen. What do you guys think? Apologies for the iffy table formatting.

Looks good for a first monster!
The starting size beyond 4 may increase the level by 1 more. Also I see Unencumbered Dodger 4 times and scaling passives are not normally stacked and are usually restricted from being used in conjunction with Keen Aptitude (Denizens of the North page 348). Might I suggest adding a static PF or parry bonus passive power instead of 3 of those instances?
What were you going for? Looks to me like a very offense-built creature, with the exception of some passive powers. Skills include sneak and tracking, so I suppose it has ambush capabilities? Maybe have something that increases initiative in order to stay in a theme?

I'll definitely increase the base level by 1. I thought the rules on that page were a continuation entirely from the rules on the previous page, so I was kind of assuming it didn't apply to Denizens. But what you said does make sense. I'll look for static defensive powers instead.

The Wyvern is definitely an assault-heavy Denizen. They're supposed to swoop from high places and hit targets with Condition-inflicting attacks and poison, etc. The initiative boost idea is great, too, it would definitely fit with the theme. Thanks!

I'm also working on a Sea Serpent.

I upped the base level by +1 and replaced 3 of the Unencumbered Dodgers by Turn the Blade, Tactician, and Tactical Advantage!
