Fate of the Norns

So I'm mulling over the stretch goals for LotA. TIE was targeted at non-gamers as well as gamers, so I'm going light on the game related stretch goals, but for LotA I have the following in mind:

1) New Norn screen (not a must, but it would be nice to have a new design to incorporate DotN and LotA content
2) Punch out cardboard runes (for those ultra low price point rune sets)
3) Power/skill cards (by popular demand)

The Norn screen and the Power/skill cards sound cool. The cardboard runes sound kind of weak as a stretch goal.

• I don't really use a norn screen, so minimal value to me. that having been said, many people do. is it a big seller normally?
• I think the punchout runes would be good myself, but i might just point folks towards the app discount code for the app would be good
• i like the power cards, of course

other thoughts

• downloadable version of all the pre-gens (FOTN:R, DOTN, LoA) all at the same level and comparable looking sheets.
• discounts on (as yet to be made) FOTN t-shirts through Red Bubble or similar (making them through online retailers is generally not hard)
• increase in the art budget
• FOTN bookmarks added to physical book orders
• pay increase for your staff
• online character generator
• pdf copy of the Diviner with LoA physical copy pledge
• pdf copy of Fafnir's with LoA physical copy pledge

I find (after a lot of kickstarters) free add stretch goals tend to drive hype better than unlocks that open opportunities to spend more money. people like free stuff, right? of course, but folks tend to view that as a good value at that point.

As discussed on another topic, some pre-generated Denizens would be very nice. Maybe in a free/cheap pdf booklet?
