so, it's possible. It's not exactly easy. It's a physics engine, after all, and things happen kind of less predictably than I'd like.
To create a "deck", you have to use a java tool, or edit a jpg they have. the java tool isn't bad. When you create a "custom deck", you import the image that you exported from the deck creation tool. You also import the back of the card. Both of these should be in URL format. I uploaded mine to imgur. you also have to pick how many cards are in the deck.
after that, it works pretty much like a rune bag.
i made the boards by importing an image I had extracted from the PDF. it required some tweaking, but it worked. I could not get the regular player playmat to work. My gut says the image size was too large, but I don't have a good way of knowing in the couple of hours I tweaked with it.
I used Go pierces for counters on conditions. that was pretty straight forward. There are options there.
there is a loot bag model. I think an enterprising soul could probably make a rune bag and input the runes they need. Their UI probably would support it just fine. They had dominoes, and you can rotate things. A lot of stuff is customizable. Almost too much

It's still pretty early, but the physics work fine.
I think it would probably work very well IF there was a separate more-static playmat surface that wasn't governed by physics. More of like a window with an ipad style interface. I didn't see a character sheet thing either, which would probably be good.
